From paper that is partly to fully recycled using consumer waste (and is chlorine free) to paper that is derived from a certified sustainable forest, where trees are grown specifically for paper production. Papercut will source and suggest paper suitable for your project that doesn’t compromise the quality.

Not only do we take sustainable design seriously, we also uphold our commitment through green practices in our studio.

To do this we:

• use energy efficient light bulbs throughout
• recycle all paper and paper products, as well as cans, bottles, plastics and cardboard
• use biodegradable soaps and cleaners
• use copier/fax/printer paper with a high recycled content and copy back-to-front as much as possible
• go ‘paperless’ as often as possible
• stock washable reusable plates, glassware, cutlery and cups for everyday use
• turn our computers and appliances off at night
• only have the lights on in the areas being used
• open the windows instead of turning on the air conditioner where reasonable
• use email to send documents instead of a courier
• recycle post packing
• buy green energy
• discourage mock-ups for clients
• don’t buy bottled water
• compost kitchen waste
